    3.    Rinse: Thoroughly rinse your mouth with water until all Bentonite Clay is gone.

    4.    Use Regularly: For best results, use 2–3 times per week in place of your regular toothpaste.

    5.    Follow Up: If desired, follow with your regular toothpaste or mouthwash for a fresh finish.
