SHIPPING POLICY

Ynobe offer free shipping with a $50 order.

Orders are shipped via USPS .

Orders ships within 2-3 business days, exclude the weekend.

It depends on the shipping options selected to determine how long it will take your order to arrive. (Some locations may take longer due to your location). Please use tracking number to track status of package with USPS.

Trouble locating your package?

Check your local USPS office. Use the tracking number provided in the shipping notification you received via email. If your are still, having trouble locating your order please contact us so we can assist you and ensure you receive your order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: All natural handcrafted and hand poured cleansing bar and the mini soap n go.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on the items listed above. However, if you received a product damaged, please contact us within 5 days of reciving your order and please allow 48 hrs for us to contact you directly.
